Rental Application Process

All prospective residents must complete a rental application and submit a non-refundable application fee. As part of the screening process, we conduct credit, criminal background, and eviction history checks before making an approval decision.

Rent Collection & Enforcement

We ensure timely rent collection to protect your investment. Rent is due on the 1st, considered late on the 2nd, and subject to late fees. If necessary, legal proceedings for non-payment may begin as early as the 10th, depending on tenant history, holidays, and weekends.

Maintenance Request Management

We handle all tenant maintenance requests promptly and efficiently. Tenants are guided through basic troubleshooting steps before a qualified service professional is dispatched to address the issue, ensuring timely and cost-effective repairs.

Bill Review & Payment

We carefully review all service invoices for accuracy before approval and payment. Payments are made from collected rent, covering property expenses such as maintenance, repairs, advertising, and legal fees, ensuring seamless financial management.
